The PC JV scores were Clayton Hill 52. Clay Cunningham 57, Austin Hannebutt 48, Laron Griffith 51 and Austin Dixon 61. The Heritage Hills var- sity scores were Travis Wan- inger 40, Presotn 39, Cody 39, Nick Tedford 39, Sam low scorer for the Chargers at 43 with 3 pars, 4 drives in the fairway, 3 on the green in regulation and used 17 putts. Mahoney was tied for second low at 44 with 3 pars. He had 5 drives in the fairway, hit 1 green and needed 14 putts. Dawson also shot 44 with 2 pars. He had 2 drives in the fairway, hit 3 greens in regulation and needed 15 putts. Hill had the fourth low score at 49 including 1 par. He had 5 drives in the fairway, hit 7 greens, but needed 19 putts. Logan Dawson shot 56 with 1 par. He had eight drives in the fairway, but did not hit a green in regu- lation. He needed 16 putts. Cunningham shot 58 for the round. He had 7 drives in the fairway but did not hit a green and used 21 putts. The North Knox scores were Willis 41 (low medal- ist), Carrie 45, McLin 47, Meek 50, McClure 53 and Johnson 58. The Pike Central JV scores were L. Dawson 50, Dixon 61, Aaron Keepes 52, Griffith 51 and Smith 43. IHSAA physical form The medical history, consent, ac- knowledgement and release areas must be completed. All forms must be signed by the parent and the informa- tion area must be completed before the physical will be administered. The forms will be filed with the ath- letic offices and will be avail- able that evening or can be picked up in advance from the athletic department or at the school nurse's office. Physicals include height, Students must have an weight, blood pressure, vi- sion screening and physical examination. The physical forms will their personal physician for the 2012-13 school year must use the IHSAA form. For the IHSAA form to be valid for the 2012-13 school year, it cannot be completed before April 1, 2012. The forms must be signed by a licensed physician. Other forms will not be accepted. A sports physical must be be kept on file at school with a copy of the exam and provided to any parent upon request. Students obtaining a sports physical exam from on file in order for a student to participate in any sport during the 2012-2013 school year and also to compete in summer workouts in 2012. This will be the only chance for a low cost exam. If you have questions regarding the sports physicals, contact the school athletic directors or any school nurse's office. This is the only time they will be offered at PCMS or PCHS for the 2012-13 school year. National Honor Society 5K, 3K events coming up for the Pike Central High School National Honor So- ciety 5K Run and 3K walk is your answer. Awards will be given for School National Honor Society is raising funds to complete a project at Prides Creek Park and one of the ways they are raising funds is by holding a 5K Run, 3K Walk at Prides Creek Park on Saturday, May 12. The registration fee for runners or walkers prior to April 24 is $15 per person and includes a T-shirt. The event will take place the overall male and female runners as well as age group winners. The age groups are 14 and under, 15-20, 21- 35, 36-49, and 50 and over. Phantom runners are also able to enter for the same fee and receive a shirt if the entry is received by April 24.
