In conjunction with the underground mining operations, is occasionally necessary to install satellite facilities and affect the surface at locations above the underground operations. In accordance with 312 IAC 25-4-109(a)(6), this notice hereby informs the public that activities associated with the mining operation may at some point disturb the surface within 100 feet of the outside right-of-way of the following sections of public roads. e disturbance may begin on the effective date of the permit and continue for the duration of the mining and reclamation activities.
