B-10 Classifieds Wednesday, November 6, 2019 The Press-Dispatch NOTICE OF RENEWAL - MINE PERMIT #U-32 Triad Mining, LLC, is applying for a renewal of the approved coal mining permit #U-32. e address of Triad Mining, LLC is 1216 East County Road 900 South, Oakland City, IN 47660. e approved mine permit area is divided into: 1) the surface effects area and 2) the shadow area. e surface effects area is that part of the permit that have been and/or may be disturbed as a result of surface mine activities and/or surface mine activities associated with underground mining. e shadow area is that part of the permit from beneath which coal might be extracted without any surface disturbance. e approved underground mine "shadow area" is partly within the boundaries of the surface effects area and partly in other areas beyond the surface effects area.
