Trinity's 140-year-old building, 1046 N. 9th St., was severely dam- aged in a blaze last week that caused $17 million of damage, according to preliminary esti- mates. At the height of the fire, flames shot out of the roof, which was destroyed. Officials within the Milwaukee Fire Department confirmed to the Post this week the estimate remains the same, pending the outcome of a final analysis of the structure, which includes $13 mil- lion of damage to the structure itself and $4 million to the con- tents of the building.
