The grant will be administered by Rutherford Housing Partnership (RHP), a local nonprofi t that provides urgently needed repairs for qualifi ed low-income homeowners. Homes selected for the program can receive up to $25,000 in needed rehabilitation. There is no cost to qualifi ed homeowners as long as they own the house.
