As fate would have it, she met a member of the Reserve Officer Training Corps, which lead her to join the Air Force. Forsberg finished college while in the military, during which time she also met her husband, earning a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Illinois in 1997. Serving for 9 years, Forsberg was en- couraged to seek out opportunities to grow, which helped her become the busi- ness woman she is today, she said. "My experience in the military taught me my skills in management, organiza- tion, leadership and how to work well with both men and women," Forsberg said. A full-service glass shop that does everything from auto glass installa- tion to shower doors, and everything in between, the business employees 12 people and three are veterans. Forsberg's commitment to hiring veterans earned her Veterans Business of the Year honors from the Department of Veterans Affairs in 2007. Moule's also earned the honor of Business of the Quarter from the Red Bluff-Tehama County Chamber of Com- merce and Daily News in February. e industry is a fascinating one and every day Forsberg said she learns some- thing new when a customer brings an unusual piece to the store for show and tell. "Right now, the technology is chang- ing so much it's a pretty exciting field to be in," Forsberg said. "I enjoy being able to help customers who are building and remodeling have different options and ideas." Outside of work, Forsberg is an ac- tive member of the Kelly-Griggs House Museum Board of Directors and enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Eric, have two daughters, Emma, 15, who is a freshman at Red Bluff High School and Lynsey, 12, who is in seventh grade at Berrendos Middle School.
