dard and have a fiduciary responsibil-

dates in regulations, laws, and prac-
tices to guide you through the com-
plex buying and selling process. They
are always client focused, wearing
many hats as your advocate, market
expert and negotiator.
Recognizing their obligation to
their clients and community, REAL-
TORS® are active in the promotion
and preservation of property rights on
the national, state, and local level. An
example of this is Congress's current
discussion on the elimination of mort-
gage-interest deduction. REALTORS®
are currently working with Congress
to save that deduction for you.
