The Otwell/Jefferson Township Ruritan Fourth of July Celebration will run from Wednesday, July 4 to Saturday, July 7, and include many of the traditional events like the truck and tractor pulls, demolition derby, parade and fireworks. This year the festival opens Saturday as the grounds open with vendors, concessions and rides. The big event will be the Firecrack- er Demolition Derby at 6 p.m EDT. Sunday will feature Ohio River at 10 a.m. EDT, the Hoosier Truck and Tractor pull at 7 p.m. EDT and fireworks just after dark. The Little Miss Firecracker dren's pedal tractor pull, Precious Rewards baby contest and water ball contest. There are also carnival rides, plenty of food and live entertain- ment.
