Project Manager, Encore Event
Technologies
Eric Vazquez is a project ma-
nager in the Innovation Group
at Encore Event Technologies.
He focuses on designing, testing,
building, and managing value
propositions over their entire
lifecycle for hospitality and ga-
ming clients.
While at Encore Event Tech-
nologies, Vazquez has delivered
interactive experiences to clients
from Caesars Entertainment to
the Merchandise Mart. He has
more than 15 years of experien-
ce across web and mobile pla-
tforms in product development,
project management, and cus-
tomer engagement in the con-
sumer goods, financial services,
and hospitality industries.
He has proven his strong
analytical, project management
and problem-solving skills, ba-
lancing business needs, product
requirements and reputation
concerns with independence
and credibility. Vazquez belie-
ves the future of hospitality lies
in the successful integration of
next generation technology into
the fabric of the guest experien-
ce.
Vazquez earned a certifi-
cate in project management
from Loyola University of Chi-
cago and a bachelor's degree in
English from the University of
Illinois. He also continued his
studies with General Assembly,
completing a course in product
management.
Since 2014, Vazquez has con-
tributed his skills as a producer
at the Technocratic Learning
and Collaboration Center of Chi-
cago, which aims to help middle
school students from underser-
ved communities improve their
academic performance using te-
chnology as a way to bridge the
digital divide.
