Farming Community Honors former Santa Cruz Official By Donna Jones Ceil Cirillo may be best known for her work in urban settings, but Wednesday the former head of the Santa Cruz Redevelopment Agency was honored by the farming community. Cirillo was presented with the 2015 Al Smith Friend of Agriculture Award before a crowd of 200 at the annual National Agriculture Day Luncheon at Heritage Hall at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds.
