According to the Merriam- Webster Dic onary: The act or ac on of empowering someone or some- thing The state of being empowered to do something Cambridge Dic onary says: The process of gaining freedom and power to do what you want or to control what happens to you These defini ons sound great but how? Use your strengths both pro- fessionally and personally. Control - wouldn't it be empowering to only work on what you have control over and stop was ng me on things you can't control? Our mindset is in our control which means our beliefs, habits, and pa erns. We are in control of what we digest, not just food/drink but what we read, watch, and spend me doing.
