Little Hikers
Join the Conservancy Naturalist for a hike to discover nature
fi rsthand. These stop-and-go hikes make it easy for little ones
to keep up.

Healthy Families Hiking
Are you looking to get outdoors, exercise, and socialize with
others while caring for an infant to school-aged child? This class
welcomes baby wearing, jogging strollers, and anyone willing to
get outdoors and learn something new each week. If weather is
not favorable, the group will be held indoors.

Raising Monarch Butterfl ies
This family-friendly class will teach you how to raise monarchs
from egg to butterfl y. Each family will receive eggs, a kit, and
supplies.

West Bend's own 145-acre nature preserve is a vast expanse of
prairie, wetlands, forest, and glacial landscapes. The Conservancy
is a refuge to more than 300 species of plants, 200 species of
birds, and a wide variety of mammals, reptiles, and amphibians.
The outdoor classroom serves over 5,000 visitors each year,
including many children who attend nature programs and hike
the beautiful trails. Enjoy nature at your doorstep – visit for free!
