It joins the CMA Awards, the ACM Awards and the CMT Awards in reflecting the growing success and appetite for country music. Left pining: Sad news for fans of "Three Pines": Amazon's streaming service, Prime Video, has officially canceled the mys- tery series after just one season. Based on the much-loved book series by New York Times bestsell- ing author Louise Penny, "Three Pines" centered on the main character of Inspector Armond Gamache, played by Alfred Moli- na ("Spider-Man 2," 2004). Throughout its first (and only) season, which is still available to stream, the show follows Gam- ache as he investigates cases and solves murders in the seemingly idyllic Quebec village of Three Pines.
