Dr. Jack Weller, Squadron 82 Commander, shared that this project involves over 80 volunteers at the two locations. "Memori- al Day is a time to honor those who served their na- tion and have passed. It is important to remember their service to make our freedoms possible. Helping with the project were community volun- teers from Shelby High athletes, Shelby Rotary Club, Masons, members of the American Legion La- dies Fastpitch Softball Teams, and Scout Troop 104, Central Methodist Church, Shelby Tanzy Walace stands at her great, great uncle, Noah Cavi- ness' grave, who was a WW I veteran. Honoring those who served our nation on Memorial Day The NEAL SENIOR CENTER is well-known for its Monday Night Bingo games! Since the game was restarted in April, the response has been so great, that we need additional volunteers to assist! Our Monday Night Bingo is 5PM-8:30PM and we need: -Check Runners (delivers prize money to winners) -Floor Runners (sell Bingo cards on the Bingo floor) -Kitchen Assistance (preparing and serving) We need applicants that are of good moral character, responsible and dependable.
