New single-family home community opens in Campbell The model home at Oak Tree Circle, a neigh- borhood of 25 single-fam- ily homes in Campbell by Robson Homes, is now open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Appoint- ments are suggested, but walk-ins are welcome. Oak Tree Circle is a rare find in the tight Bay Area real estate market. "Single-family home inventory is very low in this area, and new homes are even scarcer," says Charles Baldwin, sales & marketing direc- tor for the builder. "We really do have the only new-home community in the South Bay with traditional-style homes — that is two-story homes with a front and backyards." Homes at Oak Tree Circle are sell- ing through a Priority List process with prices starting at $2,858,000. Five floor plans are being built at Oak Tree, each with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half or four bathrooms. The larg- est plan, The Rose, also features a one-bedroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU) above the de- tached garage with full kitchen and bathroom. Square footages range from 2,300 to 3,024. Oak Tree Circle is lo- cated off of East Mozart Avenue, tucked away behind a grove of heritage oak trees, which were painstakingly preserved by the builder. "The neighborhood was designed around the magnificent oaks on the property," says Mark Rob- son, president of Robson Homes. "They create this truly wonderful setting, something that you expe- rience the moment you drive into the neighbor- hood." In this secluded set- ting, Oak Tree Circle is still close and convenient to everything, including transportation, employ- ment, shopping, and recreation. It's just a short drive to downtown Campbell and downtown Los Gatos, and a short walk to the Los Gatos Creek Trail entrance on East Mozart Avenue. The neighborhood is served by excellent Cambrian and Campbell schools. Oak Tree Circle's 25 new homes showcase a blend of Cottage, Crafts- man and Farmhouse architectural styles. Be- tween the five floor plans and the numerous exte- rior styles, it truly feels like a neighborhood of custom homes. As with all Robson homes, the caliber and quality of the design, detail, and finishes in the homes are very high level. Notable features in- clude brick porches and coordinating driveway pavers, custom built-in cabinetry, Waterworks and Kohler plumbing fixtures, Wolf appliances, and French oak hard- wood floors. The homes are all electric with owned and included 4.20 to 5.95kW Low Profile Solar PVC systems for built-in energy and cost savings. Floor plans, features, a site map and more in- formation are available on the builder's website at www.robsonhomes. com/neighborhood/ oak-tree-circle.
