12 new models at Lennar's active adult community in Roseville now open Lennar recently debuted 12 new model homes at its premier 55+ community Heri- tage Placer Vineyards in Roseville. Showcasing available home designs from three collections offered at the commu- nity, home shoppers can now schedule a tour to explore the new homes that are now selling.
