Hurless led the Titans in scoring (14.8 points a game) and rebounding (4.6 rebounds a game), while Lamb put 11.0 counters a contest through the basket. The Titans finished the 2021-22 hardwood campaign with an 11-12 overall record, a seven win improvement over the four wins of 2020 -21, in- cluding a 6 -5 PAC mark. "We lost four games in the final seconds or second," said Gibson Southern Coach Mark Rohrer, "and we beat Heri- tage Hills in the sectional to avenge one of our regular sea- son losses. "I really thought that Kaden Hurless was going to be select- ed as a First Team All-Confer- ence performer with the sea- son he had, but as a team we were 6 -5 in conference games, so I guess that had an effect on the voting. "There are so many very good players in our confer- ence, and with the PAC being the largest conference in Indi- ana, the voting is very tough. "I am proud of all three of these student/athletes for their efforts, dedication, and determination every time we took the floor this year, both in practices and in games. They never quit in any game. "They gave everything they had and never left anything on the floor. They were a plea- sure to work with, and I know they will go on to be success- ful in life."
