Massages are a popular choice at Well Within, and many people enjoy booking both a massage and a spa room for an extremely relaxing expe- rience. There are massage therapists who specialize in a variety of techniques including Deep-Tissue, Shiatsu, and Cranial-Sacral. Including massage thera- pists, Well Within currently employs 41 individuals. "At our maximum, we have around 70 people on staff," says Eric. The pandemic has meant more than reduced staffing for Well Within. "We were closed for 15 months. We made it through because of the kindness of our landlord, patience, and forethought." When asked about the spa's safety mea- sures and COVID-related precautions, Eric replied, "We are all vaccinated here at the Well and have always kept our cleaning to the highest standards." Eric brings a lot of different experience to his leadership of the Well. When he first joined the staff, he worked at the front desk for a couple years. He also served as a massage therapist for 12 years. Then, he filled the General Manager role. When the Well's original owner, David LeVan, decided to sell the business, Eric jumped at the opportuni- ty.
