Selena Gomez ("A Rainy Day in New York," 2019), Steve Martin ("The Pink Panther," 2006) and Martin Short ("Schmigadoon!") star as three true crime-obsessed strangers who suddenly find themselves at the center of a case. When there is a grisly and suspicious death inside their very own exclusive Upper West Side New York apartment building, the trio suspects it may be a murder. "Q-Force" Get into the hilarious new adult animated series "Q-Force" when it lands on Netflix on Thursday, Sept. 2. A handsome secret agent named Steve Maryweather (voiced by Sean Hayes, "Will & Grace") and his team of secret agents are Q-Force, the first team of LGBTQ+ agents in the American Intelligence Agency. WHAT'S NEW ON DISNEY+ "Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles" (2021) Grammy-winning artist Billie Eil- ish (known for the 2019 hit "Bad Guy") makes her Disney+ debut with a new musical special, "Hap- pier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles," on Friday, Sept. 3. Com- ing off the release of her newest album, "Happier Than Ever," this cinematic concert experience fea- tures an intimate recording of the album, live from the legendary Hol- lywood Bowl in Los Angeles. With a combination of live and animated film elements, this Disney+ original special takes viewers on a dream- like journey, set to the iconic scen- ery of Eilish's hometown. Featuring guest appearances by co-creator Finneas O'Connell (also Eilish's brother), this visual music journey is co-directed by Robert Rodriguez ("Machete," 2010) and Patrick Os- borne ("Drawn Closer," 2021). "Cesar Millan: Better Human Better Dog" - Season 1 The "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan is back with a brand-new reality series from National Geographic, "Cesar Millan: Better Human Better Dog," airing Wednesday, Sept. 1 on Disney+. Dog adoptions have recently hit an all-time high, so Cesar Millan returns to television to help new owners teach their dogs good habits and equip them with the tools to give their furry friends the happiest, healthiest home lives possible. With over 25 years of dog training experience under his belt, Millan takes training to a whole new level as the humans he meets learn how to be the best owners possible to their hard-working pups. From puppies who don't know how to walk on a leash to service dogs out of control, Cesar Millan deals with it all as Dustin Rubin ("Nathan's Kingdom," 2020) narrates the series. "X-Men: Dark Phoenix" (2019) The X-Men franchise's most recent installment, "X-Men: Dark Phoe- nix," comes to Disney+ on Friday, Sept. 3. A sequel to 2016's "X-Men: Apocalypse," this film tells Jean Gray's (Sophie Turner, "Game of Thrones") origin story as she goes through her transformation into Phoenix. With powers triggered by a cosmic force that enhances her psychic abilities, Jean struggles against herself to control her pow- ers and avoid hurting those around her. As her powers begin to corrupt her, the X-Men must decide if saving her life is worth risking the world. Based on the characters by Marvel legends Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, "X-Men: Dark Phoenix" is directed and written by Simon Kin- berg ("Logan," 2017). WHAT'S NEW ON PRIME "Cinderella" (2021) Take a magical trip to a kingdom far, far away with this modern, live- action musical adaptation of "Cin- derella," premiering Friday, Sept. 3, on Prime. Singer Camila Cabello (known for the pop hit "Havana") stars as Cinderella, a young girl who lives with her abusive step- mother and stepsisters. A bold new take on the classic Disney story, the new Cinderella has a heart full of drive and talent, working hard to make her dreams come true against all odds. With her woodland animal friends and fabulous godmother (Billy Porter, "Pose") to help her along the way, Cinderella learns how to live life for herself.
