Andalcio was instrumental in creating Wynndalco's technology inventory management software, a warehouse and CRM database with asset management, delivery, and disposition capabilities. Career accomplishments include: Developing technology services for corporations and governments, and providing system integration services to Chicago Public Schools and others. BAUDELIO MARTINEZ CEO Lio's & Son Towing Service Inc. ADDISON Martinez started his towing business in 2013 with a small red tow truck that he still has and cherishes. But he has grown his business to add more trucks, including a new midsize tow truck to move bigger trucks. He said his motto has always been: Never grab something that is not mine, always be honest and fair with what is charged for services, and do not abuse people when they most need help. FERMIN PEREZ AFFILIATED BROKER ASSOCIATE Century 21 ADDISON Born and raised in Chicago, Perez served with the United States Marines, worked for Xerox Corp., and started his own copier company called Copy Doc, which he owned for 13 years. After moving to Addison in 1999, he sold Copy Doc and pursued a career as a real estate broker. During more than 20 years in real estate, Perez has earned two Centurion Awards, and the Top 250 Latino Agent and Top 100 Latino Agent awards multiple times. ALSIP JOSE CHAPARRO PRESIDENT La Criolla Inc. ALSIP Born in Colombia, Chaparro graduated from Javeriana University of business administration with a specialization in marketing. In 2017, he acquired La Criolla from Carmen Maldonado. Since 1957 the company has provided high-quality spices and Hispanic foods. La Criolla is currently participating in the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative, a program focused on scaling and building Latino businesses. The initiative has brought a renewed focus on realigning the company mission and vision to become a vehicle of opportunity for the community. ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ANGIE D. RECENDEZ OWNER AND FOUNDER Bright Futures Chiropractic ARLINGTON HEIGHTS Recendez's passion to become a doctor of chiropractic started after her life changed at age 18. As a child she suffered from asthma, allergies, and frequent colds. Chiropractic care changed her health, life, and career. A mission trip to Lima, Peru, to bring chiropractic care to underprivileged communities, affirmed her choice of a chiropractic career and allowed her to use her bilingual skills. After graduating from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, she completed an additional 250 hours of specialty training. RAMON ARABULA OWNER, PRESIDENT Durango Painting AURORA Ramon Arambula founded Durango Painting in 2001. Today, he continues as the company's president, directing all major corporate, financial, and sales decisions. With his extensive field experience, he is uniquely positioned to understand all aspects of project execution. Through Arambula's leadership, Durango Painting has grown steadily while maintaining success and stability. Arambula is married with two children, one starting college soon. In his leisure time, Ramon enjoys spending time with family and playing golf. Jacqueline Camacho is a visionary social entrepreneur who has created an enterprise of inspiration. Her keen sense of service coupled with the vision to bring good to the world have led her to create two successful award-winning companies, establish two nonprofit organizations, publish 17 books, create more than 10 products, and has held dozens of events around the world in the past decade. She is often referred to as a "dream catcher" as her strategies have encouraged thousands of women, authors and young women to live a life of significance. Jacqueline Camacho-Ruiz CEO / JJR Marketing TEZLA MABEL AYALA FOUNDER Tezla Service LLC AURORA Ayala founded Tezla Service, a tax preparation company with travel services, in Aurora in 2012. She immigrated from her native country Honduras at the age of 15 in search of a better life and with the desire to form her own company. Before becoming a businesswoman, Ayala worked as a tax preparer, as a company employee, a staffing manager, a notary public.
