Born in Cleveland County, on April 20, 1937, he was a son of the late Clayton Earl and Mozelle Hudson Earl. Mr. Earl served our coun- try in the US Marine Corp. In addition to his parents he is preced- ed in death by two brothers, Johnny Earl and Bobby Earl and a sister, Sue Turner. He is survived by his wife, Lucille Reep Earl; two sons, Todd Earl and wife, Maureen of Charlotte and Greg Earl of Lawndale; brother, Wayne Earl of Lawndale; sister, Linda Marshall of Lawndale; and four grandchildren. The funeral service was held May 24, 2021 at St. Paul Baptist Church with the Rev. Keith Fulbright officiating. The burial followed the ser- vice in the church cemetery.
