He was born to the late Frank Graham and Ruth Evlyne Sellers Hoyle. Mr. Hoyle served our country in the US Air Force. In addition to his parents, he is pre- ceded in death by his half- brother, Flay William Sellers. Mr. Hoyle is survived by his wife, Jeanette Kiser Hoyle; daughter, Beth Hoyle Jones of Lincolnton; sister, Barbara Hoyle Gutierrez and husband Carlos; and three grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Shady Grove Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery with Military Honors. Memorials may be made to the family. Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services is serv- ing the family. HAZEL GILBERT HOWARD Mrs. Hazel Gilbert Howard, age 84, of Forest City, NC, passed away on November 26, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Clyde C. and Maude Lee Honeycutt Gilbert. Mrs. Howard is survived by her husband, George Lewis "Bud" Howard. Funeral services were held at Crowe's Mortuary. Interment was in Eternal Hills Memorial Park. Crowe's Mortuary is serv- ing the family. her husband, Audie Gene Bridges; brothers, James and Billy Ruppe; and sisters, Alpha Sisk, Inez Ruppe, Agnes Wallace, and Eula Mae Johnson. Mrs. Bridges is survived by her daughter, Louann Ward; son, Bobby Bridges, both of Mooresboro; sister, Martha Ruppe Gibson (Joe) of Gaffney; three grandchil- dren and five great-grand- children. He was a son of Ruby Mae Craig Price and the late Roscoe Charles Price. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his daughter, Tiffany Price. In addition to his mother he is survived by four sons, Chris Price, Jason Price, Matthew Price, and Chad Hullender; six brothers, Roy Price, Forest Price, Johnny Price, Sammy Price, Tommy Price, and Terry Price; and seven grandchildren. JOHN CHARLES "CHARLIE" FALLS Mr. John Charles "Charlie" Falls, age 85, of Blacksburg, SC, went home to be with the Lord on November 23, 2018. He was the husband of Dorothy Alexander Falls and son of the late A. Z. and Callie Martin Falls. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, John Marshall Falls, Tijeras, NM, and Charles Leslie Falls(Linda), Piedmont Springs, Blacksburg, SC; one daughter, Kristie Elizabeth Falls of Blacksburg, SC; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert Meek Falls of Sumter, SC; and one sis- ter, Margaret Jane Falls of Gaffney, SC. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, A. Z. Falls, Jr., David Kenneth Falls and Glenn McGill Falls; and sis- ters, Pauline Falls Wilburn, Bennie Falls Stackhouse, and Sarah Falls Hammett. She was the daughter of Robert Karl Stevens and the late Pauline Forbes Stevens. In addition to her mother, Betsy is preceded in death by a son, Luke Watson; and her father-in-law, Frank Watson. Mrs. Watson is sur- vived by her husband, Bill Watson; two daughters, Lindsay Watson of Charlotte and Lauren and Cameron Jenrich of Washington DC; a grandson; a brother, Bruce Stevens and wife, Ivy; two sisters, Jane Warnock and husband, Doug and Paula Limongelli and husband, John; mother-in-law, Martha Watson; sister-in-law, Judi Olmstead; and brother-in- law, Dick Watson and wife, Terri.
