FOR THE Wedding, Anniversary or Engagement Announcement List includes dealing heroin, fentanyl, cocaine and ecstasy By NIKKI BRAHM nbrahm@conleynet.com 262-306-5059 WEST BEND — A 29-year-old Milwaukee man is facing 23 felony charges involving the delivery of heroin, fentanyl, cocaine and ecstasy. Krashaun Wiley was arrested June 28 by the Washington County SWAT team with another Milwaukee man, Joel Highshaw II, 25, at a Mobil gas station on County Line Road in Germantown. Wiley was allegedly delivering 9 grams of heroin to an under- cover officer for $1,250. Recovered from the vehicle were an additional 3.7 grams of heroin and 3.7 grams of fentanyl. Wiley is being held on a $75,000 cash bond and remains in custody at the Washington County Jail. Highshaw is facing a felony charge as a felon in possession of guns. Highshaw's $750 cash bond has been posted. According to the criminal complaint, Highshaw was found with three stolen guns. One was stolen from a Milwaukee res- ident, another from a La Crosse resident and another from a residence in Richfield. Officers had been investigating Wiley since April 23. Undercover officers bought heroin, cocaine and MDMA from Wiley through a confidential informant, often meeting at a McDonald's in Germantown. Wiley has been incarcerated several times for drug-related offenses. He served a year in jail for the intent to deliver cocaine in 2009, another year in jail for drug possession in 2010 and was jailed again in 2013, 2014 and 2015 for drug posses- sion. Highshaw served jail time in 2003 for drug possession and was convicted of rob- bery with the use of force in 2014 and sen- tenced to two years in prison. The defendants return to court for a hearing July 23.
