Duties include, but are not limited to minor repairs of appliances, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, unit preparation including minor repairs, painting and cleaning of unit. Must be able to bend, twist, lift, and work on hands and knees and under cabinetry to perform light plumbing work. Duties also include landscape work in the summer and snow shoveling in the winter.
