18 Red Bluff 2015 A heritage rich in art and enter- tainment, the Depression era caused a downfall of the arts in Red Bluff. After a restoration of Red Bluff's historic State Theatre, the charming city is returning to its roots as a cultural center. The State Theatre, at 333 Oak St., serves as a venue for those wanting to hold their own events as well as those wishing to attend events that exemplify the best in motion picture history and the greatest talent the North State has to offer. The community, along with the help of some very dedicated resi- dents, has pulled together to restore and purchase the State Theatre. This is an ongoing process, but the venue is available in the meantime with special events scheduled throughout the year.
