Done in conjunction with Kohler Co., Tim O'Brien Homes will feature a putting green in The Monterey model at the Victo- ria Station subdivision. Parade of Homes attendees who make a putt or a chip in the Kohler toilet will be registered to win a pair of tickets to the 2015 PGA Champi- onship and other Kohler prizes, including a Kohler dual-flush toilet, Kohler's lighted toilet seats, a Kohler cooler and umbrella, and a Tim O'Brien Homes golf basket. There are 10 prizes in all. The display area will also feature a variety of Kohler prod- ucts, including the WaterSense, touchless toilet technology in the Cimarron toilet and other energy-efficient products. "We are excited to partner with Kohler Co. on what we know will be an exciting attraction for our Parade of Homes model," said Tim O'Brien, company presi- dent. "In addition to this contest, visitors will be able to learn more about our com- pany's commitment to 'green' building with displays showcasing our energy-effi- cient details." The Monterey, a two-story French coun- try style home, was named by Tim O'Brien Homes Facebook fans. It is nearly 2,500 square feet, with 13 total rooms, including four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a two-story foyer and a three-car garage. The home's exterior features carriage- style garage doors, shake siding, decora- tive windows with accented shutters, and a dramatic roof flair over the foyer. The interior offers an open concept design, including a gourmet kitchen, a great room with a vaulted ceiling and a raised hearth with stone detail, WaterSense plumbing fixtures, and an elegant master bedroom suite. In addition to the putting green, the lower level will have green features, with staff available to answer questions regard- ing the "behind-the-wall" energy-efficient products incorporated into the project. There also will be a solar display that highlights how each of the company's homes are built roughed-in for solar ener- gy.
