with sustainable practices to preserve dairy
farming on the North Coast of California.
We know where 100 percent of our milk
comes from; family farms in Sonoma and
Marin County, and we guarantee that it
is 100 percent rBST free. In 2000, Clover
was the first dairy to be American Humane
Certified for the compassionate treatment
of the animals. Clover is proud to have a

I started Klappcakes, a local bakery, as I
am a native of Fairfax and love to bake.
Using only the best ingredidents available,
my hand-made from scratch, unique treats
are guaranteed to satisfy! (Available gluten
free also). With a passion for baking that
grew from watching my mom Robyn in
the kitchen, I began testing recipes on
my family and friends who gave me the
encouragement to make this into a small
business. As a special-teams and defensive
varsity football coach for Sir Francis Drake
High School in San Anselmo, I split my time
between my two passions; football and
baking.
