Her future career plans are to live her best life to show people that even if life is a struggle, it is worth it. SHELBY SISK Shelby is the daughter of Jason and Darlene Sisk, of Petersburg. During high school, she participated in Volleyball, and was a Wres- tling Manager and Foot- ball Manager. Her future ca- reer plans are to attend Vin- cennes University. ETHAN SMALL Ethan is the son of Robert Small and Cynthia Wells, of Petersburg. During high school, he participated in JAG. He also received the following awards: Technical Honors. His future career plans are undecided. CAMERON SMITH Cameron is the son of Amy Smith, of Petersburg. Dur- ing high school, he partici- pated in Football, Track, Ro- botics, Band, Swing Choir, Musicals and Boy Scouts. He also received the follow- ing awards: Obtained my Eagle Scout rank. His future career plans are to either en- ter the workforce or the mili- tary, and afterwards, contin- ue to volunteer in the com- munity. QUINTON SORGIUS Quinton is the son of BJ and Heather Sorgius, of Peters- burg. During high school, he participated in Tennis (4 years), Golf (4 years), Fel- lowship of Christian Ath- letes (4 years), Key Club (2 years), Spanish Club (1 year), and Prom Steering Committee, and was a Pike County 4-H Member. He al- so received the following awards: Tennis - Most Dou- bles Wins (2016 and 2018), PAC All-Conference Run- ner-Up, No. 1 Doubles Team (2018), Golf - Academic Award (2017), Fellowship of Christian Athletes - Treasur- er (2019 and 2020). His fu- ture career plans are to at- tend Ball State University in Muncie, majoring in Con- struction Management, with a minor in Business Admin- istration. ALFREDO STEWART Alfredo is the son of Ange- la Sendmeyer, of Oakland City. During high school, he participated in Soccer, Golf, Key Club, PLT W, and Stu- dent Government. His fu- ture career plans are to at- tend college, and, hopefully, medical school. COLTON STONE Colton is the son of Christi- na Stone and William Stone, of Winslow and Melbeurne, Fla. His future career plans are undecided. DAKOTA TAYLOR Dakota is the son of Ka- tie and Shawn Condra, of Petersburg. During high school, he participated in Pike Central Vocational Welding. His future career plans are to join the plumb - ers and steamfitters. SAM TEGMEYER Sam is the son of Mike and Leslie Tegmeyer, of Win- slow. During high school, he participated in Golf, 4-H and Welding. He spent his free time working at Jagoe Homes. His future career plans are to join the Plumb - ers and Steamfitters appren- ticeship program. SAMUEL THEISING Samuel is the son of Win- nie Foster and David Fos- ter, of Petersburg. During high school, he participat- ed in Track (4 years), Cross Country (4 years), Wres- tling (1 year), and Swim- ming (3 years). He also re- ceived the following awards: Lettered in all sports aside from wrestling and MVP in Track (1 year). His future ca - reer plans are to attend Vin- cennes University for pro- gramming and game de- sign. PAXTON THORNE Paxton is the son of Kimber- ly Gray, Cary Thorne and Sara Thorne, of Petersburg. During high school, he par- ticipated in varsity track and soccer, freshmen basketball and swing choir. He also re- ceived the following awards: participation, varsity bars in track and soccer, and mental attitude in soccer. His future plans are to join the Army. PEYTON THORNE Peyton is the daughter of Kim Gray, and Cary and Sara Thorne, of Petersburg. During high school, she par - ticipated in Swing Choir and Cheerleading. She also re- ceived the following awards: second place at CDC for ca- reer presentation. Her fu- ture career plans are to at- tend Indiana State Universi- ty and major in Special Ed- ucation. CONNOR TRUITT Connor is the son of Bran- don and Amanda Truitt, of Winslow. During high school, he made a short film called "32 Angels," which is now on YouTube.
