The study, which is the third one the department has done since 1993, is a comprehensive report designed to help the county meet the needs of its growing older population. Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele stressed the importance of the report on the county's aging population. "These results give us an important snapshot of Milwaukee County's older adult population while providing critical information to help us better serve them," Abele said. "Thanks to this report, policymakers and advocates can tailor current and future services to where they are needed most."
