Human Flow
The global refugee crisis is
brought to light in this critically
acclaimed documentary with
footage from refugee camps
around the world. It proposes four
main categories that drive the
flow of refugees — ethnic con-
flict, non-ethnic conflict, interstate
war and flight from repression —
while also examining people who
have been forced to flee their
homes but remain within their
countries. Ultimately a call to ac-
tion, the film reveals the vast
numbers of people currently ei-
ther living in refugee camps or mi-
grating in the world today, while
proposing solutions to the issue.
Director: Ai Weiwei. Stars: Israa
