Klement's was also designated as the official sausage of Summerfest. The Klement's Sausage & Beer Garden will be on the north end of Henry Maier Festival Park on Milwaukee's lakefront and will feature acoustic music from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily during the festival, spotlighting local artists. Modeled as a backyard picnic- style area, there will be a seated lounge area, picnic tables and barbecue grills. "A Klement's and Summerfest partner- ship is music to our ears," said Tom Danneker, president and CEO of Klement's Sausage Co., in a news release. "Nothing sounds like summer in our hometown more than The World's Largest Music Festival and nothing tastes like summer more than Milwaukee's hometown sausage company." "We are thrilled to welcome Klement's Sausage Company to our sponsorship fami- ly with a 10-year commitment," said Don Smiley, president and CEO of Milwaukee World Festival Inc. Construction will begin immediately on the Klement's Sausage & Beer Garden, which will make its debut during this year's Summerfest. Summerfest will run from June 27-July 1 and July 3-8.
