Nancy Van Niel is a sixth generation
Ocean Grover. Her great grandmother's
grandparents purchased a cottage on
Olin Street in 1870, just a year after
the town's founding. A past president
of the Ladies Auxiliary and an active
fundraiser for Ocean Grove, Van Niel
grew up in her parent's home on Bath
Avenue and Ocean Pathway.
Van Niel and her husband, Jeff, as well
as their twin daughters, will be enjoy-
ing their thirteenth summer in the tent
at 4 Mt. Pisgah this coming season.
An antiques dealer, Van Niel has outfitted her
tent with a colorful array of Fiesta tableware
and a 1950s table, as well as other whimsical
and vintage nods to Ocean Grove's history.
