(This is typically done 2-3 months prior to the wedding date.) r Finalize details for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, including a guest list of those not in the bridal party. r Communicate the details and itinerary to all family, wedding party members and any additional guest included in the rehearsal. r Purchase attendant gifts and guest favors. r Finalize and confirm timeline and details with all vendors. r Organize RSVPs, create a seating chart for the reception, and design and print place cards. r Finalize guest count and communicate it to your caterer, venue and f lorist (if applicable). r At 1 month prior to the wedding, apply for and get your marriage license. r Purchase thank you notes for gifts. r Confirm your honeymoon plans and travel arrangements.
