Cedarburg Friends of the Bog has several events geared toward winter fun scheduled: Tracking and Learning about the Mammals of the Cedarburg Bog and Ozaukee County will take place from 9 a.m. to noon Sunday, Jan. 21. Julia Robson will lead an indoor/outdoor exploration of anything you ever wanted to know about the fascinating and mysterious mammals which inhabit the area. The second half of the program entails looking for mammal scat and winter tracks in the Bog. Wear winter boots and warm clothing. Space is limited and preregistration is requested. Walks are free and are open to the public; a $5 donation is appreciated. Winter presents the opportunity to explore the interior of the Cedarburg Bog.
