They packed the gear needed for their trip to Green- land where they boarded a boat, saw the tundra region and paddle boarded with polar bears. Tuesday, December 26: Christmas Break–NO SCHOOL Wednesday, December 27:Christmas Break–NO SCHOOL PCMS Musical Elf Jr. The Pike Central Middle School performed the musical Elf Jr. for two sold out crowds in the Vance Hays Auditori- um, on Friday, December 8 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Decem- ber 10 at 2 p.m. The cast was comprised of almost one hundred students in grades 5 -8. They rehearsed twice a week since the end of September and put on a marvelous show. This was the first middle school show ever done and presented to the community.
