The QIA is a philanthropic
organization which provides winter
activities and donates equipment
and funds to community services.
The QIA can accommodate indoor events of 600-800 people
and outdoor events of thousands of people. The Pow Wow
Gem and Mineral Show, Gold Show, craft shows, classes
and live entertainment are the mainstay of the QIA which now
has an Off-Road Information Center.

Tyson Wells Enterprises in Quartzsite,
AZ was founded by Lloyd & Lavoun
Dyer in 1977. It began with an open lot
with an R.V. Park, and the Sell-A-Rama
in 1978. Lloyd and Lavoun ran the
business until 1995 when Lavoun's son Kym Scott, took over.
Kym gave new life to the business by acquiring more parking,
adding two more shows, self storage units, two big buildings
for indoor vendors, a new seasonal selling lot, and most
recently a new business office. Tyson Wells has something for
everyone with 3 shows in January and February
