And into the Labor Day weekend, the Harley-Davidson Museum campus will be rocking with free concerts from headlin- ers like Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Jackyl and crowd favorites Hairball. There will be daily performances from Circus Una Motorcycle Thrill Show and Rhett Rotten's Wall of Death. And there will be one last chance to see the summer exhibit "The Race of Gentlemen." Local land- marks and build- ings will tur n orange to wel- come the riders. Among those lighting up are the Wisconsin Center, the BMO Harris Bradley Center, the Cor ners of Brookfield and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The free, live music on the H-D Museum campus, 400 W. Canal St., through Sunday includes: ■ 7 p.m. today — Hairball with opener Shallow Side ■ 7:30 p.m. Friday — Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band with opener Wayland ■ 7:30 p.m. Saturday — Jackyl with opener The Dead Daises ■ 11 a.m. Sunday — Rachel Stacy with opener Mellencouger Harley-Davidson dealerships through- out the area will also feature entertain- ment. A big draw will be the Harley-Davidson New Product Trailer all weekend long as part of the motorcycle maker's biggest launch. The 2018 motorcycles include the 115th anniversary models. There will be demo rides at Harley- Davidson's Powertrain Operations, W156- N9000 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls. They will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bikers will compete at the H-D Museum's annual Custom Bike Show for the Willie G. Davidson Award. Registration is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sunday with judging from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the awards show at 4 p.m. Weekend forecast: Rolling thunder for Harley-Davidson celebration
