With buy-in from a number of city and county leaders, the non- profit criminal justice reform organization Benedict Center has announced it is expanding its 2- year-old Sisters Program after an effort organizers have touted as a successful launch on the North Side. Although reports have cropped up in pockets throughout the city, street prostitution is most preva- lent in the South Side along Greenfield, Lincoln and National avenues.
