But those who met with the president inside the school — for a tour and round-table discussion with state and local officials, stu- dents, apprentices and manufac- turers — said his presence in Wisconsin meant something much more. "Just arrived in Wisconsin to discuss JOBS, JOBS, JOBS!" Trump tweeted Tuesday. His brief visit to WCTC was part of what Trump has dubbed "Workforce Week" to address the skilled labor gap and plans to introduce new funding for appren- ticeship programs to jump-start job growth.
