Gigi Alfonso is a leading ta-
lent acquisition expert and di-
versity and inclusion champion
for Fortune 500 companies. She
currently works as a campus ta-
lent acquisition business part-
ner for Automatic Data Proces-
sing (ADP) in Chicago, where she
is responsible for recruiting top
entry-level talent and leading
the diversity campus recruiting
and strategy efforts across the
U.S. market.
As a proud United States
Navy veteran, Gigi considers
this an honor. Embodying va-
lues such as resilience, motiva-
tion and empowerment which
she learned through her own
military experience, Gigi also
currently leads ADP's Talent
Acquisition Tiger Team; which
is made up of dynamic team
of Talent Acquisition Business
Partner's whose purpose is to
assist transitioning military
personnel, veterans and their
families into roles at ADP. She
graduated from ADP's Global
Emerging Leader Program in
2017.
Gigi is truly an advocate for
professional development and
is an active member within Mi-
litary Strong Business Resource
Group and Adelante Business
Resource Group.
Gigi is passionate about her
work and finds it rewarding to
connect individuals to oppor-
tunities that they might not
otherwise be afforded. She is
known for finding the "diamond
in the rough", disrupting the
status quo and scouting out top
talent as to match the best can-
didates to world-class organiza-
tions.
Recently, she was elected
to National Chair for Hispanic
Alliance for Career Enhancement
(HACE) Board after graduating
from the Mujeres de HACE pro-
gram. Gigi received her Bache-
lors of Science in Human Resou-
rce Management from Southern
New Hampshire University. Gigi
is most proud of being a mother
to her two daughters, in her free
time she loves to explore different
cities and learning new cultures
and sharing these experiences
with her family.
