As in Indiana's competi- tion, most categories are online. A few will be hard copies. No one needs to travel to a common site. Judges will receive entries the week of Oct. 15 with a deadline of Nov. 2. The Foundation needs more judges than usual this year for MNA's large contest. Some find judg- ing a real learning expe- rience and an opportunity to pick up ideas from other newspapers. If your newspaper competed in the HSPA Foundation contest this year, please help recip- rocate by judging in this one. The Foundation recently emailed requests for vol- unteer judges. Please visit www. HSPAfoundation.org/ contest-judging to sign up. Complete the online form by Friday, Aug. 24. For more information call HSPA Foundation at (317) 803-4772.
