On the down side, the increased usage has resulted in heightened complaints of traffic congestion, littering, turf and flora damage and violating park closure hours. This dual-sided discussion summed up a lengthy debate this week as Milwaukee County offi- cials began digging into the thorny issue of Pokemon GO, the virtual mobile game that gained mainstream popularity in the sec- ond half of this summer. Since mid-July, plugged-in users across the globe have been using the augmented reality, loca- tion-based, multiplayer online mobile game, which features pop- ular animated characters that were first introduced two decades ago.
