Born on November 17, 1952 in Lincoln County, he was a son to Daisy Spears Earls and the late Bobby Earls. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Bridges; mother, Daisy Earls; daughter, Regina Bridges; brother, Ronnie Bridges and wife Roberta; three grandchil- dren; four great-grandchil- dren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jerry Marshall and Rev. Paul Lane offici- ating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Harrelson Funeral Home to help defray expenses. Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements. PATRICIA DARLENE DUNCAN Mrs. Patricia Darlene Duncan "Pat" age 63 of Rutherfordton passed away August 5, 2016. A native of Henderson County, she was a former employee of Spindale Family Practice & a member of Morning Star Baptist Church in Shelby. Pat is survived by her husband Jerry "Gene" Duncan, daughters – Carla Estey & hus- band Jason, Gena Duncan, sons Jerry Duncan, Mark Duncan & wife Holly, Steven Duncan & wife Nyda, Tony Bishop & wife Shelly, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, her mother Martha Blankenship McEntire, sister Brenda Crossman, broth- ers Paul Shipman, Jonnie Corn, Ronnie Corn. She was preced- ed in death by her father Harry Corn & brother Larry Shipman. A celebration of life was held at Crowe's Funeral Chapel.
