"The second bathroom has a tub. You still need a tub in the house but most people are opt- ing to take it out of the master," he said. The same thing is happening when remodeling. "Master baths are important to people. They're taking out the master bath and putting in bigger showers. Tubs in master bathrooms are becoming a thing of the past," Bauman said.
