Zale, a 49-year-old lifetime Delhi resident, has bartended for17 years
BROTHERLY LOVE Bartended at Shire Pub for 10
years when his brother owned it, and for the past two years, since it reopened under new ownership. Zale also bartended for his other brother for five years at The Hampton Inn in Oneonta.
FAVORITE DRINK TO POUR Upside-down margaritas. The customer lies down on the bar, and Zale pours a margarita into his or her mouth.
FAVORITE DRINK TO CONSUME
Coffee, because he doesn't drink alcohol.
HIGHLIGHT OF WORKING AT THE SHIRE PUB
Last year's inaugural St. Pat- rick's Day parade and celebra- tion in Delhi, when bagpipers played through the bar. This year's event is Saturday, March 17.
