Here in Rutherford County, we have the same thing except it's called Youth Empowerment! Many counties throughout the nation have a Boys & Girls Club doing great things for the com- munity. Here in Rutherford County, we have the same thing except it's called Youth Empowerment! It is effective, all giving, and has fast become a mainstay within our community It is effective, all giving, and has fast become a mainstay within our community. The Executive Director is Tracy Williams. In this economy, she is constantly writing grants and The Executive Director is Tracy Williams. She has forged a committed group of Youth Advocates and doing things for the youth of the community constantly teaching them the positive side of life. For Youth Empowerment it's all about "can do"! Self esteem, motivation, being the best and reach- seeking help from within the community. She has forged a committed group of Youth Advocates who are not special, but, without a doubt, an extra special epitome of dedication.
