Next up, "where is Winter"? I keep hearing that, after 3 straight years of above normal snow, can we do it again? There is a shot of a major Southeast or East coast storm next week, so be sure to check my blog and Facebook for updates. Right now it could go either way, from a weak front and some passing showers to a major deep snowfall around the area. At this time frame it's well into next week, so it's iffy. The pattern looks to turn colder, regardless. I don't see major warmth in our near future, so it's that time to get into Winterstorm Mode. His election came during the Lions Cabinet Meeting during the District Fall Convention in Asheville, November 18th and 19th. On the current track, Lion Titus will be District Governor in 2014 - 2015. The last time a member of the Shelby Lions Club became a District Governor was 1982 - 1983 when Freddie Harris served in that position.
