Christmas Time! Even though we have been in a rela- tively warm pattern, a quick cool-down is on the way this Weekend. It also appears we will throw some moisture into the colder air just in time for Christmas Day. Some parts of the eastern states have a chance of being just cold enough for snow, not rain, and right now our northern mountains have a chance as well as part of the Appalachians and east coast. Our area looks like just a plain cold rain. It depends on how much cold air can bleed down into the region as far as our precip type goes. Remember last year we did have a White Christmas. Beyond this storm, things look to quiet down just a little bit, but still I don't see any real cold air coming our way. However, January could change all that. Have a Merry Christmas!
