MILWAUKEE — The glamorous renderings
released by the Milwaukee Bucks on
Wednesday reveal plans for more than a mod-
ern sports arena, but also an entertainment
district with the goal of revitalizing the down-
town area.
"We want to accelerate the growth of this
city in a very big way," said Bucks President
Peter Feigin during a Wednesday news confer-
ence.
The price tag for the development was pro-
jected to be $1 billion, $500 million for the
arena and another $500 million for ancillary
