Soap Updates Ashleigh Brewer and Scott Clifton in "The Bold and the Beautiful" By Rory MacDonald- Gauthier TV Media Klash of clans: If you're going to attempt to break the Internet, you better have a massive cult-like following to do your bidding. With self-promoted and scandalous photos circulating all forms of me- dia, Kim Kardashian was unable to shut down society's most relied on service. But, hey, at least she's got her own reality show to fall back on! Catch the season 10 premiere of "Keeping Up With the Kar- dashians," premiering Sunday, March 15, on E! In the past decade, viewers have followed the ultimate highs and the lowly lows of the Kardashian- Jenner family. They've witnessed the birth of new family members, marriages come and gone as well as countless scandals revolving around each Kardashian in their own right. So how will this season differ from others? For one, Kim Kardashian West fi- nally flees the coop with her hus- band Kanye West and their new- born, North West. While this should be marked as a joyous occasion, drama and conflict soon arise. With parts of season 10's script being leaked online, it's been reported that Kris Jenner, mother to Kim, be- comes irate with her daughter af- ter Kim steals her precious silver- ware. Even more, Kim and Kanye tell Kris that she's not allowed to drop in on them whenever she wants — they're a new family and they want to keep to themselves. The reaction? Apparently, Kris is livid with her daughter, claiming that after she gave Kim life, Kim steals her belongings in return. She even goes as far as showing up at her daughter's house, demanding her things back. When she's re- fused entry, she throws a rock through a window. This event will obviously be one of many to run its course in this season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." Be sure to tune in to the season 10 premiere, airing Sunday, March 15, on E Dancing up a storm: Holly- wood's rich and famous are rou- tinely judged by their actions — what they do, who they interact with and even what they eat. If there's one thing that a celebrity can do and expect to be judged and criticized for, it's throwing themselves on the dance floor with a trained professional. Be sure to catch the season 20 premiere of "Dancing With the Stars" when it airs Monday, March 16, on ABC. Sports journalist Erin Andrews and Emmy winner Tom Bergeron return as hosts alongside judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Julianne Hough. In a surprising turn of events, five- time "Dancing With the Stars" champion Derek Hough will in fact be returning as well, as it was pre- viously announced he would be sitting this season out due to play- ing the male lead in the "New York Spring Spectacular" at Radio City Music Hall. Joining the familiar cast and crew this season will be an abun- dance of Hollywood's latest and greatest stars. Investor Robert Herjavec ("Shark Tank") will be paired with two-time mirror ball trophy winner Kym Johnson; Wil- low Shields ("The Hunger Games," 2012) partners with Em- my-nominated choreographer Mark Ballas; and Rumer Willis ("90210"), daughter of Bruce Wil- lis and Demi Moore, will find her- self in the care of 14-time U.S. na- tional Latin dance champion Val- entin Chmerkovskiy. No longer an awkward teenag- er, "Dancing With the Stars" shifts into adulthood with the release of its 20th season. It may be hard to believe, but even celebrities have two left feet. Catch Hollywood's stars shimmy their way to stardom with the season 20 premiere of "Dancing With the Stars," airing Monday, March 16, on ABC. Bridging the gap: There are two sides to every story, which is something that those in conflict can at least agree on. In order to solve a conflict, it's required to get the opinions and facts from all in- volved, usually with a neutral par- ty involved. Add a little culinary comfort and you get the Travel Channel's "Breaking Borders," which makes its series debut Sun- day, March 15. The show has a simple concept — bring together two conflicting parties to literally break bread over a meal that samples food and culture from both sides. Peabody Award-winning journalist Mari- ana van Zeller and renowned chef Michael Voltaggio will play host to these events, as the two try to find a solution to various communities' problems. Throughout 13 hour-long epi- sodes, viewers will bear witness to a multitude of international countries and those who inhabit them, as well as what ails them. In the season premiere, van Zeller and Voltaggio venture to Israel and Palestine to tackle arguably one of the Earth's notable rival- ries. While van Zeller speaks with various political figures and citi- zens to uncover their stance, Volt- aggio travels to various markets to gather local ingredients and recipes inspired by the people he encounters. It may seem to be a foreign con- cept, but that's exactly what the Travel Channel is aiming for. In a world of clashing opinions, values and ways of life, sometimes all that is needed for two sides to get along is a good meal and conver- sation. Be sure to watch the series debut of "Breaking Borders" air- ing Sunday, March 15, on the Trav- el Channel.
