By DWAYNE BUTLER Post Editor MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm's decision not to charge former Milwaukee police officer Christopher Manney for the fatal shooting of Dontre Hamilton has prompted Hamilton's family legal team to pursue a federal investiga- tion into the case. "We intend to pursue every recourse available," Milwaukee attor- ney Alex Flynn told a group of protesters outside the federal court- house hours after Chisholm's announcement Monday. Chisholm released a 25-page report explaining why he decided not to file charges in the incident that took place in April at Red Arrow Park in downtown Milwaukee.
